[Remote] REMOTE Platform Engineer (Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes)

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optomi is partnering with a leading technology client to seek an experienced Platform Engineer for a fully remote position. The role involves building and supporting Kubernetes platforms and designing Terraform modules while implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing cloud security. Responsibilities Build, operate, and support Kubernetes platforms across AWS and Azure environments Design and maintain Terraform modules, infrastructure-as-code, and Helm charts Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD Manage cloud security, access controls, secrets management, and authentication frameworks Design monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions for Kubernetes workloads Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable platform services Skills Expert-level experience with Terraform Strong Kubernetes and Docker expertise Hands-on AWS experience Experience building and maintaining Helm charts/templates CI/CD automation experience with CircleCI, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD Strong scripting skills in Shell, Go, and/or Python Knowledge of RBAC, SSO, Teleport, and secrets management solutions Experience designing Kubernetes monitoring and alerting frameworks Company Overview OPTOMI is an IT staffing firm that serves its consultants, clients, and employees through its consultant-focused approach.
