Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert advice, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Escalating potential service issues to the relevant teams, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need in a timely manner.
  • Following all processes and procedures related to the project, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are maintained.
  • Providing cover for other agents in their absence, demonstrating your flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Liaising with supervisors and mentors on specific projects, seeking guidance and support when needed to ensure the success of our customer service operations.
  • Understanding and complying with administrative duties, including holiday, sickness, and overtime forms, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Attending regular team meetings, contributing to discussions, and sharing your ideas and feedback to help improve our customer service operations.
  • Working on additional tasks required by your supervisor or mentor, connected to maintaining our high levels of service performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What We Offer

  • A full-time contract, working 39 hours per week, with a rotative schedule from Monday to Saturday.
  • A competitive salary of 18,600 Euros gross per year, plus up to 2,400 Euros gross per year, depending on your performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Native-level German language skills, with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately with our customers.
  • Fluent English language skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with our international team and clients.
  • A good disposition to work in a customer service environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Customer care skills, including the ability to listen to and understand our customers' needs, providing them with helpful and accurate information.
  • Basic sales skills, including upselling and cross-selling, to help drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to take ownership of customer issues, progressing calls to resolution or escalating them to the relevant teams when necessary.
